Tendering & Bidding Specialist

About the role

The Tendering & Bidding Specialist supports DP World’s business development team in Dubai by managing the end‑to‑end tender process, preparing compelling proposals and ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support: manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare materials and arrange travel.
• Assist in proposal development: gather data, conduct research and create presentations that showcase the value proposition.
• Maintain the CRM system: keep lead and client information up‑to‑date, generate reports and analyse trends.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to foster effective communication and relationship management.
• Support sales collateral creation and coordinate participation in events, conferences and trade shows.
• Track proposal progress, follow up with clients and maintain accurate activity records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of the market and industry dynamics.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
• Excellent proposal and presentation skills.
• Technical understanding of DP World’s product and service portfolio.
• Ability to analyse data and produce reports.
