Tennis Coach (Full‑time, Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Tennis Coach to join our Dubai‑based team at TEN TENNIS. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering high‑quality tennis and padel instruction to children and adults of all skill levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized training programs for individual and group sessions.
• Conduct private and group tennis lessons, focusing on technical, tactical, and physical development.
• Assess player progress regularly and adjust coaching plans accordingly.
• Maintain a positive, motivating environment that encourages player growth.
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions with players and their families.

Required profile

• Proven ability to coach tennis players across a wide range of abilities.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding athletes to improve performance.
• Passion for tennis and a professional approach to coaching.
• Relevant coaching certification or qualification is preferred.
