Territory Manager - Surgery

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager for its Surgery portfolio in Abu Dhabi. You will drive growth of MedTech solutions by engaging surgeons and healthcare professionals, delivering innovative surgical technologies that address obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target quarterly customers across all segments to meet and exceed annual business plans.
• Achieve quarterly, monthly and weekly sales goals through efficient time and resource management.
• Attend operating rooms three days a week, provide in‑service training to surgeons and nurses, and ensure proper product application.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, communicate proactively, and expand product knowledge across the full portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or Medical Science.
• 1‑2 years of experience selling medical devices, with proven O.R. exposure and presentation skills.
• Experience in Gulf countries is highly recommended; fluent English required, Arabic a plus.
