About the role
Support and run vehicle and laboratory test projects, focusing on blast and ballistic testing for automotive defense applications.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, arrange, and execute blast and ballistic tests, ensuring equipment availability and test item preparation.
- Collect and process data during tests using high‑speed cameras, DTS In‑Dummy systems, and data acquisition hardware.
- Maintain and upgrade Humanetics ATDs, and ensure 100% availability of certified HIII ATDs.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of blast testing experience (at least 50 events) and 5 years in automotive defense testing.
- Extensive knowledge of Humanetics ATDs, high‑speed cameras, and DTS In‑Dummy data acquisition systems.
- Proficiency in MATLAB for processing survivability data and experience with data acquisition systems (SoMAT eDAQ).
