Test Manager - Cash Management & Liquidity (Intellect iGTB)

About the role

A Test Manager is needed in Dubai to define, govern and execute the end-to-end testing strategy for the Cash Management Platform, covering Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management, Corporate Banking Channels and Integrations. The role ensures business, functional, regulatory, technical and performance requirements are met before production deployment, and acts as the single point of accountability for all testing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Define test strategy, scope, governance model and entry/exit criteria, and prepare the test plan, schedule and governance framework
• Set testing KPIs, quality metrics, reporting cadence and dashboards, aligned with project milestones and releases
• Plan and manage SIT, UAT, regression, migration and non-functional testing
• Oversee test design, scenario and test case reviews, and establish defect management processes and triage meetings
• Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders and track issue resolution
• Drive adoption of test automation frameworks for regression and API testing, and ensure quality gates are met
• Act as owner of testing deliverables, coordinating with vendors, project managers, technology teams and business users, and reporting status and risks to senior management

Required profile

• 12+ years of testing/QA experience in the banking domain, including at least 3 years as a Test Manager leading large-scale banking programs
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Intellect Cash Management and Liquidity Management products (iGTB)
• Mandatory strong experience in Cash Management and Liquidity Management testing, and in GCC/UAE banking
• Experience managing UAT, SIT, regression, integration and migration testing
• Preferred: experience with leading UAE or GCC banks, digital banking channels, large-scale transformation programs, UAE banking regulations, and Agile or hybrid delivery
