Testing and Commissioning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Testing and Commissioning Engineer to monitor and manage site operations for our projects in Dubai. The role ensures that all activities are executed according to project plans, technical specifications and quality standards while coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day site activities, verify alignment with schedules, specifications and safety standards.
• Ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, equipment and resources.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and vendors to resolve operational issues and communicate progress, risks and technical concerns.
• Track site progress, identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and work plans, providing guidance and troubleshooting support to on‑site teams.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, logs, inspection records and other documentation required for project tracking and audits.

Required profile

• Ability to acquire and update soft and technical skills relevant to the role.
• Proven capability to deliver planned activities within cost and time constraints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety and operational standards.
