About the role

This early‑career pathway is designed for recent graduates who want to start a career in the pharmaceutical and aesthetics business. The program begins with a two‑month shadowing and capstone project, followed by a two‑year fixed‑term rotational development program.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a 2‑month shadowing period and deliver a business capstone project.
• Rotate across two key business areas (e.g., Product Sales & Marketing and Customer Excellence & Market Access) as a Therapeutics/Aesthetics Associate.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support commercial initiatives.
• Participate in networking events and gain exposure to senior leaders.
