About the role

We are hiring a highly creative and energetic TikTok Content Creator / Reels Maker to join our internal marketing team in the UAE. The role focuses on producing viral short‑form videos that showcase our recruitment services, company culture, and job opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, audios, and viral challenges.
• Showcase recruitment services, company culture, and job opportunities in a fun, creative way.
• Manage content calendars and consistently upload high‑quality videos.
• Write catchy captions and use appropriate hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating viral or high‑quality content for TikTok/Instagram (portfolio required).
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or in‑app tools.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms.
• Confident, expressive, and comfortable on camera.
