Tile Mason

About the role

ALANDLOS Contracting is looking for an experienced Tile Mason to join its interior fit‑out, villa renovation, hardscape and landscape projects in Dubai. The role involves accurate tile installation while maintaining safe, clean and productive work practices.

Key responsibilities

• Read drawings, layouts and measurements to plan tile installation activities.
• Prepare, level and clean surfaces before applying adhesive, mortar or other bonding materials.
• Cut, shape and install ceramic, porcelain, stone and related tiles on floors, walls, steps and other surfaces.
• Set out patterns, maintain consistent joints, and verify alignment, levels, slopes and finishes.
• Complete grouting, sealing, edging and finishing work to project specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of practical tile masonry experience.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings, tile layouts and setting‑out measurements.
• Commitment to personal protective equipment, housekeeping and safe construction practices.

Required skills

• Tile installation (ceramic, porcelain, marble, stone, outdoor tiles).
• Surface preparation, screeding and waterproofing.
• Adhesive application, grouting and sealing.
• Use of tile cutters, grinders, levels, spacers, trowels and other masonry tools.
