Time Keeper

About the role

Al Marwan Machinery is seeking a diligent Time Keeper to manage workforce attendance and data entry for projects. This role is vital for ensuring accurate time recording within the construction and PMD divisions. The successful candidate will handle project‑specific documentation and operate ERP systems efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive time and attendance recording for the on‑site workforce, ensuring all hours are captured accurately.
• Execute precise data entry tasks related to project timelines and employee hours, maintaining up‑to‑date records.
• Ensure all workforce records for each project are complete, current, and compliant with company standards.
• Utilize ERP systems for input and management of workforce data, supporting seamless project operations.

Required profile

• Minimum HSS certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Time Keeper.
• Prior experience specifically within the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of ERP data entry and related processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording attendance.
