About the role
Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is recruiting one Title Assistant Nurse for its maternity/postnatal ward. The nurse provides and coordinates patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in line with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the employer.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, working with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with MCME risk policies, procedures and legislation.
- Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences, guided by nursing leadership.
- Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.
Required profile
- Nursing diploma.
- Valid BLS certificate.
- At least two years of nursing experience in your home country; UAE experience is desirable.
