Total Rewards Analyst – Corporate Services

About the role

The Total Rewards Analyst will support the Total Rewards team by leveraging advanced analytics, AI‑enabled modelling and automation to drive data‑informed compensation decisions. The role focuses on designing digital tools, dashboards and predictive models that improve efficiency and support strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy analytics solutions, dashboards and AI/ML predictive models for pay‑equity analysis and attrition‑linked cost forecasting.
• Develop and continuously improve digital tools, templates, self‑service platforms and automated workflows using RPA and AI.
• Build and maintain data infrastructures and governance frameworks to integrate HR data across systems.
• Support the enhancement of Total Rewards programs through AI‑assisted market data analysis.
• Participate in policy reviews using digital compliance tracking tools and ensure statutory compliance.
• Lead digital transformation and process‑improvement projects across the Total Rewards function.
• Assist organisational design initiatives, including structural analysis and job evaluation using the HAY methodology.
