Total Rewards Analyst – Corporate Services

About the role

The Total Rewards Analyst supports Al Futtaim Group’s Total Rewards team by leveraging advanced analytics, AI‑enabled modelling and digital tools to drive data‑informed compensation decisions. The role focuses on designing automated workflows, enhancing digital platforms and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy analytics solutions, dashboards and AI/ML predictive models for pay‑equity analysis and attrition cost forecasting.
• Develop and continuously improve digital tools, templates and self‑service platforms using RPA and AI.
• Build and maintain data infrastructures and governance frameworks across HR systems.
• Support the enhancement of Total Rewards programs through AI‑assisted market data analysis.
• Participate in policy reviews using digital compliance tracking tools.
• Drive digital transformation projects across the Total Rewards function.
• Assist organisational design initiatives, including job evaluation using HAY methodology.
• Produce real‑time analysis and self‑service reporting dashboards for stakeholders.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations for salary adjustments, promotions and other operational cases.
• Collaborate with HRIS/Employee Services to identify system enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Support integration of Total Rewards elements for acquisitions and mergers.
• Manage salary survey processes via digital platforms.

Required profile

• Strong digital mindset with a proven ability to innovate and automate HR processes.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of compensation best practices and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, tables, charts, lookups, VBA macros, data modelling).
• Data visualisation tools: Power BI and Tableau.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with HR data integration and governance.
