Trade Marketing Executive – Luxury Fragrance

About the role

OJAR, a niche fragrance brand rooted in Omani heritage and crafted in France, is looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to act as the bridge between its distribution and retail partners and the marketing team. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, engagement and sales across the Middle East, Europe and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead trade‑marketing initiatives in the Middle East, Europe and the United States, aligning them with the global brand strategy.
• Develop and execute trade‑marketing plans that boost brand visibility, retail execution and sell‑out performance.
• Partner with distributors and retail teams to roll out marketing activations and ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with sales teams through regular market visits, performance tracking and reporting.
• Deliver staff training and master‑classes to enhance product expertise and brand advocacy.
• Support the planning and execution of international trade shows and brand events.
• Contribute to creative development, including concepts, mood boards and marketing presentations.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, manage deliverables, track content performance and report results.
• Oversee the brand’s social‑media calendar and assist distributors with their social‑media activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in global marketing, preferably within perfume, luxury or beauty.
• Strong communication, leadership and project‑management abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on execution and detail‑oriented brand presentation.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and the United States.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or French a plus.
