Trading Systems Engineer – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Trading Systems Engineer to join our Technology team in Dubai. You will manage, maintain and optimise our trading infrastructure to ensure stability, performance and reliability across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of all Hantec trading platforms.
• Configure, install and support equipment related to trading infrastructure.
• Investigate and resolve incidents affecting trading systems.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for MT4/MT5 platforms and manage their data centres.
• Monitor MT4/MT5 platforms daily and test new plugins.
• Document existing procedures and policies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Experience with VMware and security/firewall concepts.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
