Trainee Financial Adviser - Wealth Management

About the role

A leading independent financial institution is recruiting trainees for its wealth management and financial advisory programme. The path starts with a 6-8 week intensive training course in Malta, followed by full-time placement in the Abu Dhabi office, one of the fastest-growing financial hubs in the Middle East. The programme is full-time and designed for people who want a long-term career in financial services.

• Report writing and financial analysis
• Technology-driven financial solutions (fintech)

Ongoing support from the Learning & Development team helps you prepare for progression into a client-facing Financial Advisor role.

Required profile

• Growth mindset, resilience and adaptability
• Interest in financial markets, investment strategies and fintech
• Comfortable working toward targets and interested in developing sales skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
