Trainee Procurement Engineer – Emirati Hiring

About the role

Rejlers International Engineering Solutions, a trusted provider of engineering and project services in the UAE, is looking for a recently graduated UAE National to join as a Trainee Procurement Engineer. This position offers the opportunity to develop procurement expertise across oil & gas, petrochemical, renewable energy and industrial infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with business needs.
• Review, compare and analyse products and services for purchase.
• Enforce procurement policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing and supplier records.
• Build and sustain strong supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance.
• Conduct market research and evaluate new supply options.
• Prepare budgets, cost analyses and procurement reports.

Required profile

• Recently graduated UAE National with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering discipline.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong desire for learning and sharing new ideas.
• Commitment to quality and safety in professional work.
