Trainer – Game Presenter & Shuffler Training

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainer to join Arris Engineering Group in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be responsible for onboarding new Game Presenters and Shufflers, creating training materials, and driving performance improvement across our gaming operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve training programmes and materials for Game Presenters and Shufflers.
• Deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions covering game procedures, controls and best practices.
• Design performance improvement plans, set KPIs and monitor trainee progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and motivation to trainees and collaborate with Shift Managers to address individual learning needs.
• Coordinate with Shift Managers to align training with operational requirements and ensure consistent quality.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• Patience and passion for coaching and motivating others.
