Trainer – Retail Product & Sales Training

About the role

Dyson is looking for a dynamic Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for distributor teams, front‑line staff and product demonstrators across the Middle East and Africa. You will be the key driver of product knowledge and sales skill development, ensuring a consistent and inspiring customer experience in retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging product, sales and induction training both face‑to‑face and digitally.
• Coach retail teams on demonstration techniques, sales conversations and brand storytelling.
• Support onboarding of new staff, guaranteeing clear understanding of Dyson’s product portfolio and customer approach.
• Visit stores regularly to observe demos, provide on‑the‑spot feedback and reinforce best practices.
• Collaborate with Marketing to localise training materials and create visual aids that meet Dyson standards.
• Leverage e‑learning platforms to boost engagement and reinforce key messages.
• Collect and analyse feedback to continuously improve training delivery and content.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• 2‑4 years of experience delivering training in electrical retail, consumer electronics or a similar sector.
• Confident communicator comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Organised, proactive and adaptable with strong planning abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region for store visits and training sessions.
