Training Manager – Emarati Talent

About the role

The Training Manager will design, develop, deliver and administer training programmes that enhance employee knowledge, skills, behaviours and performance, directly supporting the organisation's strategic objectives. This role focuses on the Emirati talent pool and works across multiple business units to build a high‑impact learning culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training interventions aligned with talent and organisational strategy, addressing identified skill gaps.
• Conduct training needs analysis and manage the annual training calendar for internal and external programmes.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage training budgets, external vendors and partnerships to ensure quality and ROI.
• Measure training effectiveness through metrics, dashboards and post‑training evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field; L&D certifications (e.g., CIPD) preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in training or learning & development, including senior‑level exposure in a multicultural environment.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) proficiency
• Experience with e‑learning platforms
• Ability to use training analytics tools
