Training Manager (Emirati)

About the role

An experienced Training Manager is sought by a client based in Dubai to lead the design, delivery and management of learning and development programmes that improve employee capability, engagement and performance. The role reports to the Executive Director - Human Capital and supports organisational goals through effective training interventions and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement training and development programmes aligned with business and talent strategy
• Carry out training needs assessments to identify capability gaps
• Develop and manage the annual training plan, calendar and budget
• Deliver training sessions, workshops and leadership development programmes
• Partner with external training vendors and evaluate effectiveness and ROI
• Coach and support managers and leaders in developing their teams
• Measure training impact through KPIs, dashboards, surveys and reports
• Lead onboarding and orientation programmes
• Leverage LMS and e-learning platforms
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards and drive engagement through learning initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (Master's preferred)
• 4-6 years of experience in training and development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience delivering training in a multicultural environment
• L&D, CIPD, Coaching or NLP certification is an advantage
