Training Manager – Tactical Medical Training (Dubai)

About the role

The Training Manager (Government and Military Medical Sector) is the Dubai‑based subject matter expert for TCCC and related tactical medical training, providing technical leadership, quality assurance and bid support across the UAE and international portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for TCCC/TECC and related tactical emergency care training programmes.
• Support design, review and refinement of training pathways, lesson plans, instructor guidance and assessment approaches.
• Maintain accredited training activity and ensure quality assurance compliance with NAEMT, AREMT or equivalent standards.
• Contribute technical input to bids, proposals and commercial opportunities, outlining training concepts and equipment requirements.
• Develop and mentor an instructor pool capable of delivering tactical medical training at all required levels.
• Engage with clients to clarify requirements, scope and learner profiles, and support project delivery.

Required profile

• Recognised paramedic qualification or international equivalent with substantive prior practice at paramedic level.
• Experience delivering or managing medical training programmes for military, government, defence or emergency‑care audiences.
• Proven experience with TCCC or comparable tactical medical training across multiple training levels.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
