Training Manager – UAE National Talent

About the role

The Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives that support the UAE National Talent strategy. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure training programs close skill gaps, boost productivity and align with the organisation’s values and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training interventions aligned with talent management objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning programs.
• Plan and manage the annual training calendar, coordinating internal and external sessions.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars and e‑learning modules, ensuring engaging and interactive content.
• Manage the training budget, allocate resources efficiently and monitor ROI.
• Identify and partner with external vendors to source high‑quality training content.
• Provide coaching to managers and leaders to foster team development.
• Conduct post‑training surveys, analyse results and produce performance dashboards for leadership.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in measuring training effectiveness.
• Proven budgeting and vendor‑management experience.
• Ability to design orientation programs and support line managers.
