Training & Quality Assistant Manager

About the role

The Training & Quality Assistant Manager leads, plans, coordinates and implements corporate and hotel training programs, ensuring alignment with Hilton standards and luxury service expectations. This role also drives continuous improvement of quality and guest experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan, coordinate and facilitate corporate and hotel training programs, including diversity and inclusion, orientation, leadership and service excellence.
• Assess training needs across the hotel using performance trends, guest feedback, quality audits and consultations with department leaders.
• Develop, source and recommend targeted training solutions, maintain training materials and oversee departmental programs such as Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness.
• Maintain accurate training records, manage the annual training calendar and produce monthly and quarterly activity reports.
• Drive continuous improvement through quality audits, SOP reviews and guest feedback analysis, supporting Forbes Travel Guide standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, adult learning principles and luxury hotel operations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and ability to collaborate with all management levels.
• Strong observational, analytical and organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to coach, inspire and engage team members in a fast‑paced environment.
