Transition Management Sales – Middle East VP2

About the role

State Street Investment Management is looking for an experienced institutional sales professional to lead business development for its Transition Management business across the Middle East. This individual contributor role will originate, develop and win transition mandates from sovereign wealth funds, central banks, family offices and other institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert transition management opportunities across institutional investors throughout the Middle East.
• Build and maintain relationships with central banks, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, financial institutions, endowments and foundations.
• Develop a strong pipeline of transition opportunities and manage prospects through the full sales cycle.
• Partner with existing State Street relationship teams to uncover new business opportunities linked to transition events.
• Collaborate with State Street Investment Services, Markets and other investment management teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Present transition strategies and proposals to CIOs, investment committees, trustee boards and senior client stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in institutional sales, transition management, capital markets, custody, trading or related areas.
• Proven track record of winning institutional mandates and developing senior decision‑maker relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex, high‑value opportunities.
• Strong network of clients or prospects in the Middle East region.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region and internationally.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
