About the role
As a Transport Cleaner (Runner) you will help create memorable guest experiences by delivering items quickly and efficiently across the hotel. You will support multiple departments – from guest rooms to housekeeping, engineering, banquets and the front office – ensuring that guests and associates have what they need, exactly when they need it.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver items directly to guest rooms and assist with in‑room requests.
- Provide logistical support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants and front‑office teams.
- Move throughout the property, navigating narrow, confined or elevated spaces, stairs and service ramps.
- Handle, lift, push, pull and place objects up to 55 lb without assistance.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect guest confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or licences needed.
