Transport Supervisor – Fleet Operations

About the role

KLN Shipping and Logistics Services LLC is seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to lead its transport and fleet operations in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily vehicle movements, managing driver schedules, and ensuring smooth logistics processes. The successful candidate will contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily transport and fleet-related operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards.
• Coordinate vehicles, drivers, and transportation schedules to achieve optimal routing and timely deliveries.
• Ensure efficient and timely execution of transport activities, monitoring progress and addressing delays promptly.
• Monitor fleet performance, analyze key metrics, and resolve operational issues to maintain high service levels.
• Maintain effective communication with drivers and internal teams, providing guidance and updates as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company transport procedures, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in transport or fleet operations, including driver scheduling and vehicle management.
• Strong knowledge of day‑to‑day transport coordination, fleet performance management, and operational compliance.
• Immediate availability preferred.
