Travel Operations Executive

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for an organized, customer‑focused Travel Operations Executive to coordinate daily travel and tourism activities in Dubai. You will manage bookings, itineraries, supplier relations and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end travel operations, from booking to completion of the customer’s journey.
• Manage reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, tours, excursions and other travel services.
• Prepare and review detailed itineraries based on client requirements.
• Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations and rescheduling accurately.
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators and destination management companies.
• Track operational costs, supplier charges, refunds and related financial information.
• Assist with reconciliation of bookings, supplier invoices and customer payments when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a travel agency, tour operator, DMC, airline, hotel or tourism organization.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and handle urgent or last‑minute travel requests.
• Professional communication skills with customers, suppliers and tourism partners.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
