About the role
IIQAF Group is seeking an organized, customer‑focused, and detail‑oriented Travel Operations Executive to support and coordinate daily travel and tourism operations in Dubai. The role involves managing travel arrangements, tour bookings, reservations, itineraries, transportation, hotel accommodations, supplier coordination, and customer requests to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily travel and tourism operations from booking through completion of the customer's journey.
- Manage travel reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, tours, excursions, activities, and other travel services.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Process new travel bookings, amendments, cancellations, confirmations, and rescheduling requests accurately.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, destination management companies, and other travel suppliers.
- Track operational costs, supplier charges, refunds, cancellations, and other booking‑related financial information.
- Assist with reconciliation of travel bookings, supplier invoices, and customer payments when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, DMCs, tour operators, transportation companies, and other travel partners.
- Ensure all travel services are delivered according to agreed schedules, customer requirements, and company standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Travel Operations Executive, Coordinator, Tour Operations Executive, Travel Coordinator, Travel Consultant, or Travel Operations Specialist.
- Experience in a travel agency, tour operator, destination management company, airline, hotel, or tourism organization (preferred).
- Strong understanding of travel operations, tourism services, reservations, and tour coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent or last‑minute travel requirements.
- Professional communication skills with customers, suppliers, hotels, airlines, and tourism partners.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, public holidays, or outside normal office hours when required.
