Travel Sales Executive

About the role

Europe Link Tourism LLC is hiring a Travel Sales Executive in Dubai. The role centres on generating new business and selling inbound tourism services such as tour packages, hotel bookings, sightseeing activities, airport transfers and related travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business through direct sales, cold calling, networking, referrals and corporate visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with individual customers, corporate clients, travel agents and business partners.
• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, telephone, email and social media, and respond promptly and professionally.
• Promote and sell inbound tourism services, tour packages, hotel bookings, sightseeing, airport transfers and travel-related services.
• Understand customer needs, prepare competitive quotations and turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Follow up regularly with potential customers and develop new corporate accounts.
• Coordinate with the operations team and suppliers to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, quotations, bookings and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, monitor competitors and market trends, and report sales activity to management.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the UAE travel and tourism industry is mandatory; candidates without it will not be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, build client relationships and meet sales targets.
• Experience handling inquiries, preparing quotations, following up leads and converting them into bookings.
