Treasury Accountant – Property Management

About the role

The Treasury Accountant will support Al Saqer Property Management’s finance team by overseeing cash flow, banking transactions and treasury operations for the property portfolio across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and overseas projects. The role ensures funds are used efficiently, payments are executed on time and all activities comply with internal controls and banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances and prepare weekly/monthly cash‑flow forecasts in coordination with the Accounts Manager.
• Execute all banking operations including fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate vendor and supplier payments with the Accounts Payable team and manage inter‑company fund settlements.
• Record treasury‑related journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Produce treasury reports such as daily bank positions, cash movement summaries and fund utilization statements.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closings for treasury‑related items.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, authorization limits and banking regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in treasury, cash management or related finance functions.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, fund transfers and inter‑company settlements.
• Ability to work closely with finance teams and external banking partners.
• Attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies promptly.
