Treasury Manager

About the role

Bybit is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead liquidity management and support new product launches across its cryptocurrency derivatives platform. The role combines data‑driven analysis with cross‑functional coordination to ensure optimal capital allocation and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain liquidity forecasting models; set early‑warning thresholds and escalation protocols.
• Coordinate with Market Maker, Risk, and Operations teams to manage intraday and peak‑period liquidity needs.
• Build dashboards and reports tracking treasury metrics such as surplus levels, reserve ratios, and fund utilization.
• Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing on liquidity positions.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership on capital efficiency.
• Act as the Treasury lead for new product integrations, evaluating capital requirements, settlement flows, and risk implications.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth go‑live for earn products, lending, derivatives, and token listings.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in treasury, trading operations, or financial operations, with at least 1 year in a crypto‑focused environment.
• Hands‑on experience managing liquidity across multiple assets and blockchains.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
