Treasury Officer

About the role

As a Treasury Officer you will support day‑to‑day treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank reconciliation, reporting and data integrity across banking and payment platforms, with exposure to crypto‑friendly ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cash position, liquidity and treasury KPI reports and maintain reporting dashboards.
• Perform daily reconciliation of bank, PSP and EMI accounts against the general ledger, investigating exceptions and operating automated reconciliation tools.
• Monitor cash positions across multiple entities, currencies and accounts, supporting inter‑company transfers and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Support banking operations, onboarding new markets/products, managing relationships with banks, EMIs, PSPs and card networks.
• Assist with FX exposure tracking and execution of hedges under guidance of Treasury leadership.
• Participate in testing and rollout of automation, AI‑assisted reconciliation and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in treasury, financial operations or accounting, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong analytical instincts, attention to detail and clear written communication.

Required skills

• Bank reconciliation processes and general ledger fundamentals.
• Experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury, Nomentia) or ERP/reconciliation platforms.
• Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills for large transaction datasets.
• Familiarity with automated reconciliation tools and AI‑assisted matching engines.
