Treasury Specialist – Capital Markets (Associate Director/Director)

About the role

Redstone Private Banking Search is partnering with a global bank in Dubai to hire a Treasury Specialist for the Capital Markets team. The role sits at Associate Director/Director level and works closely with Relationship Managers to sell a full suite of Capital Markets product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet assigned targets and contribute to budgets for Structured Notes, Fixed Income, FX and Equities products.
• Proactively engage Relationship Managers to market Capital Markets Product Solutions and increase business turnover.
• Strengthen retail client product penetration across the Capital Markets suite.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of treasury sales experience covering Retail/Priority Banking.
• Strong aptitude for sales, prospect management and deal closure.
• Extensive knowledge of financial‑market products such as structured products, FX, fixed income and equities.
