Treasury Specialist (Part-Time, Fully Remote)

About the role

A fully remote, part-time Treasury Specialist position based in the United Arab Emirates, open to mid-level to senior candidates. The role supports cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations and treasury reporting, including monitoring cash positions, managing payments and reviewing financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions, bank balances and short-term liquidity needs
• Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital management
• Assist with bank account administration, payment processing and fund transfers
• Investigate transaction discrepancies and prepare treasury reports, cash flow summaries and bank reconciliations
• Coordinate with banks and internal finance teams on account and payment matters
• Help monitor foreign exchange exposure, interest rate movements and related financial risks
• Maintain treasury records, support audits and review treasury procedures and internal controls

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking operations, accounting or financial management preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field preferred
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and coordination
• Ability to work independently and meet recurring financial deadlines remotely

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with cash flow forecasting, working capital management and treasury reporting
• Knowledge of foreign exchange transactions and financial risk management is an advantage
