UAE Business Setup & Golden Visa Specialist

About the role

A proactive, organised and client-focused professional is sought to support clients with UAE company formation and Golden Visa services. The role suits someone who understands UAE business setup and residency processes, enjoys working directly with clients and can manage applications and documentation from enquiry to completion. It is a client-facing position with working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and a half day on Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries, contact prospective clients, understand their needs and explain available services.
• Gather client information, assess eligibility against the criteria and identify the next steps.
• Coordinate company registration, trade licence renewals, documentation and related administrative procedures.
• Guide eligible clients through the Golden Visa application, coordinate documents, submit applications and follow up on progress.
• Communicate with UAE government departments, official service centres, free zones and service providers.
• Maintain client files, track application progress and deadlines, and keep clients informed.
• Manage cases end to end, keeping checklists, standard procedures and communication templates to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Practical experience with UAE company formation and business licensing procedures.
• Familiarity with Golden Visa applications, documentation requirements and application channels.
• Strong communication skills and good organisational skills, able to manage several applications at once.
• Hands-on attitude, attention to detail and professional English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, online portals and standard office tools.
• Ability to work with government authorities and service providers.
