UAE National PR Assistant – Luxury E‑commerce

About the role

We are looking for an organised, creative and detail‑oriented UAE National to join our Communications and PR team. As a PR Assistant you will support the planning and delivery of media relations, brand campaigns, events and influencer activities for a leading luxury e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the PR and communications team.
• Assist in planning and executing media relations, brand campaigns, product launches and events.
• Prepare press releases, media alerts, briefing documents, presentations and internal communications.
• Research media outlets, journalists, influencers and industry opportunities across the region.
• Maintain media lists, contact databases, coverage trackers and campaign calendars.
• Monitor daily media coverage, social conversations and industry news, sharing relevant updates.
• Coordinate distribution of press materials, product samples, invitations and event communications.
• Support sample management, including organising, tracking and returning products for media and influencer activities.

Required profile

• UAE National (Emirati) with eligibility to work in the UAE.
• Currently studying towards or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Fashion, Business or a related field.
• Strong interest in luxury fashion, e‑commerce, media and brand communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
