UAEN Recruiter - Emiratisation Program (Dubai)

About the role

INDEX Holding, a national Emirati company founded in 1928 and headquartered in Dubai, is hiring a full-time, on-site UAEN Recruiter for its Emiratisation program. The recruiter sources, attracts and hires UAE Nationals in line with Emiratisation policies and the organization's workforce plans.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements and draft job postings
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain talent pipelines and build relationships with universities and local institutions
• Support career fairs and outreach initiatives
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
• Collaborate with HR to support onboarding and integration of new Emirati team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Previous recruitment or HR experience in the UAE market, preferably focused on Emiratisation
• Knowledge of Emiratisation frameworks, UAE labor laws and best practices for hiring and retaining UAE Nationals
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices
• Experience building partnerships with universities, vocational training centers and government entities is an advantage
