UI Design Specialist – Graduate Trainee

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Translate product requirements and user research insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs.
• Create and iterate screen designs across web and mobile platforms, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to the design system.
• Conduct and participate in usability testing sessions, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to align design solutions with technical constraints and business requirements.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring component documentation and pattern consistency.
• Participate in design reviews, presenting work to peers and stakeholders and incorporating constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Psychology, or Media & Communication with relevant specialization.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience or internship experience; a strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design thinking, visual craft, and user‑centered solutions.
• Keen interest in UX, UI and product design, with the ability to work well in ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for creating designs and prototypes.
• Solid understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
