Uniform Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Uniform Administrator to manage the hotel's uniform programme and ensure that all employees receive clean, well‑maintained uniforms that meet hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Issue uniforms to new hires and existing staff according to department, position and size.
• Maintain accurate records of issuance, returns, exchanges and replacements.
• Organise uniforms by department, employee name and size, and keep the uniform room clean, secure and hygienic.
• Collect used garments, coordinate laundry, inspect for defects and arrange repairs or alterations.
• Conduct regular physical inventories, reconcile stock records and prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Coordinate with HR, Laundry, Housekeeping, Purchasing and departmental supervisors on uniform requirements and employee changes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel uniform room, housekeeping, laundry or linen operation is preferred.
• Good knowledge of uniform and inventory control procedures.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural hotel team.
