Uniform Control Manager

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a proactive Uniform Control Manager to lead its uniform operations across the resort. The role ensures efficient inventory management, procurement, and compliance with brand standards for all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update uniform stock records using Uniform Management Systems, tracking issuance, returns and adjustments.
• Forecast uniform needs, lead procurement, liaise with suppliers and monitor delivery schedules.
• Coordinate fittings, manage cleaning, repair and replacement procedures, and schedule inspections.
• Investigate lost or damaged items, apply payroll deductions when necessary, and safeguard confidential records.
• Prepare and manage the annual uniform budget, track expenses and generate usage reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 5‑10 years of experience in high‑volume wardrobe operations, preferably with automated conveyor and UHF RFID systems.
• Strong organizational, leadership and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
