Uniform Team Leader

About the role

The Uniform Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the Uniforms team at Arris Engineering Group in Ras Al Khaimah. The role combines inventory control, cost‑optimisation and staff development to ensure consistent on‑camera appearance and efficient stock management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and process re‑stocking requests promptly.
• Monitor stock movements, identify trends and flag potential issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with established procedures and continuously evaluate adherence.
• Document and update inventory processes, proposing improvements that streamline operations.
• Manage team attendance, scheduling, holidays and disciplinary actions.
• Lead training, onboarding and performance reporting for team members.
• Conduct research projects to improve dealer on‑camera appearance consistency.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and refine metrics for optimal performance.
• Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong relationships to secure favourable outcomes.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 2 years of stock management experience.
• At least 1 year of team‑lead or coordination experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce procedural compliance.
• Effective interpersonal skills for cross‑department collaboration and supplier interaction.
