Unit Head - Program & Project Management Governance

About the role

Lead the Program & Project Management Governance function within Technology Transformation & Portfolio Management, ensuring consistent governance, assurance and reporting across technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the technology project governance framework, policies, standards and decision rights.
• Lead independent project health checks, quality reviews and assurance assessments across the portfolio.
• Own portfolio dashboards, reporting calendars and provide accurate management information to technology leadership.
• Coordinate governance forums and partner with finance, risk, compliance and business stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the PM Governance workforce, including UAE National development and succession planning.
