About the role
This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, and supporting the overall success of the ADIB branch. It combines help‑desk functions with cross‑selling responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt and efficient service to all walk‑in customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer relevant products and services such as liability onboarding, debit card services, fund transfers, standing orders, and certificate issuance.
- Handle various transaction services including cheque returns, dispute services, SMS notifications, and e‑statement issuance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by branch management.
Required profile
- Knowledge of ADIB’s retail and institutional banking products and services.
- Understanding of ADIB’s operational policies, procedures and UAE banking regulations.
- Familiarity with Central Bank of UAE regulations, service standards and cross‑sales practices.
- Computer skills.
