About the role
The Universal Banker role at ADIB Group’s Al Barsha branch focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while supporting branch development. It combines helpdesk and CRO responsibilities and is open to UAE nationals only.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt and efficient service to walk‑in customers.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues and proactively offer relevant banking products such as liability onboarding, debit cards, fund transfers and standing order services.
- Handle various operational tasks including SMS notifications, police letters, dispute services, cheque book services and certificate issuance.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by branch management.
Required profile
- Knowledge of ADIB’s retail and institutional banking products and services.
- Familiarity with ADIB’s operational policies, UAE banking regulations and Central Bank guidelines.
- Understanding of service standards, cross‑selling techniques and basic computer skills.
