Urgent Hiring: Gardener – Al Ain

About the role

We are urgently hiring two male gardeners for a high‑luxury resort hotel in Al Ain. The role involves maintaining landscaped gardens, lawns, plants, trees and outdoor areas to the high presentation standards expected in luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain gardens, lawns, plants, trees and landscaped areas, including planting, watering, pruning and trimming.
• Mow lawns, remove weeds, dead plants, leaves and garden waste, and keep outdoor guest areas clean and attractive.
• Monitor plant health, detect pests or diseases and report irrigation faults or water leaks.
• Assist with seasonal planting, landscaping activities and irrigation system maintenance.
• Use gardening tools and equipment safely and follow hotel safety and landscaping standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a gardener or landscaper, preferably in hotels, resorts or professional landscaping.
• Practical knowledge of plants, lawns, pruning, watering and general garden maintenance.
• Basic understanding of irrigation systems and ability to use gardening tools safely.
• Physically fit, able to work outdoors and pay attention to detail.
• Basic English communication skills and a professional, hardworking attitude.
