Urgent Hiring: Waiter Position in Al Ain

About the role

We are looking for an experienced waiter to join a top‑class restaurant with multiple branches in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. The full‑time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through prompt, courteous and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables and present menus.
• Provide detailed food and beverage recommendations and take accurate orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
• Monitor guest needs, ensure timely refills and resolve requests efficiently.
• Handle cash, card and digital payments accurately and securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery and address service discrepancies.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a waiter in a restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
• Basic cash handling and payment processing.
