User Growth Design Intern

About the role

Keetab is seeking a creative, performance‑driven User Growth Design Intern to join its growth team. In this role you will design visual assets that directly influence user behaviour, boost engagement and improve conversion rates across in‑app and web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑conversion creatives for in‑app banners, pop‑ups, landing pages and growth campaigns.
• Support rapid campaign launches and iterate designs based on performance data such as CTR and conversion.
• Collaborate with the User Growth team to translate business goals into visual executions and participate in A/B testing.
• Adapt creatives for different user personas, cities and campaign scenarios while maintaining brand consistency.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, hierarchy and color theory.
• Ability to take feedback positively, iterate quickly and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a collaborative setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
