UX/UI Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to shape Greenstone’s web applications, including an internal CRM used daily by coverage, product and compliance teams, and a client‑facing portal. Based in Dubai, you will join a small, high‑trust technology team and work directly with leadership, business users and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead features from concept through release, ensuring a consistent experience across the internal CRM and client portal.
• Collaborate with the Head of Technology and business leads to frame problems, run lightweight discovery, and write clear requirements.
• Design complex investment and relationship workflows into user flows, information architecture and wireframes, and validate them with users.
• Produce fast, interactive prototypes using AI‑native tools such as Lovable, Claude, Figma Make or v0.
• Deliver high‑fidelity, responsive UI that meets premium institutional standards on desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Own UX copy across applications, including labels, microcopy, empty states and error messages.
• Build and maintain a Figma design system aligned with the Material UI component library.
• Partner with frontend engineers on feasibility, handoff and review to ensure shipped product matches design intent.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or fintech, with a track record of end‑to‑end ownership.
• Portfolio showcasing live, data‑heavy B2B web applications, including prototypes and copy.
• Daily use of AI‑native prototyping tools (Lovable, Claude, Figma Make, v0) and judgment to choose the right fidelity.
• Expertise in Figma, including variables, tokens, component architecture and auto‑layout.
• Strong understanding of Material UI and ability to translate designs into React components.
• Experience writing clear UX copy and applying accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and component‑based React front‑ends.
• Degree in Design, HCI or equivalent experience; able to work full‑time from the Dubai office.
