Vaccines Health Representatives Manager

About the role

The Vaccines Health Representatives Manager will lead Pfizer Gulf’s vaccines team, driving scientific promotion, customer engagement and market growth across the United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for shaping the brand’s presence, ensuring compliance, and delivering high‑impact educational activities for healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve financial and operational targets for the assigned business area and vaccine portfolio.
• Develop and execute work plans aligned with cross‑functional teams to increase market share and brand image.
• Coach, train and evaluate Health Representatives, setting performance goals and conducting regular appraisals.
• Lead scientific and promotional engagements with healthcare professionals to support informed treatment decisions.
• Maintain productive relationships with HCPs and promote Pfizer’s values and reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in vaccines.
• Proven leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the healthcare environment.
